1. General Provisions

The Usluge360 platform allows users to post requests for various types of services, publish service offers, and connect with other users in order to arrange and complete services or tasks.

By using the platform, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Use and fully agree to them.

The Usluge360 platform is owned by Usluge360 j.d.o.o.

Usluge360 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication on the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Usluge360 is a digital platform that enables users to:

• post service requests

• publish service offers

• publish offers for renting equipment, vehicles, tools, machinery, or real estate

• connect with other users in order to arrange services or rental agreements.

Services that may be published on the platform may include, but are not limited to:

• household and technical services

• intellectual and professional services

• beauty and personal care services

• home assistance and care services

• property maintenance services

• transportation and logistics services

• rental of tools, equipment, and machinery

• vehicle rental

• short-term or long-term real estate rentals

• other lawful services.

The Usluge360 platform serves solely as a digital intermediary that enables the publication of information and the connection of users.

Usluge360 is not the provider of the services advertised on the platform and does not participate in contracts between users.

3. Platform Users

A platform user may be any natural person or legal entity that accesses the platform.

Users may use the platform as:

Clients – users who publish requests for services or rentals.

Service Providers – users who offer and advertise their services or rental offers.

In order to use certain features of the platform, users must create a user account.

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The platform may not be used by persons under the age of 16.

4. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their user account and password.

Users are responsible for all activities performed through their account.

If unauthorized use of an account is suspected, the user must immediately notify the platform administrator.

Usluge360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a user account in cases of:

• violation of these Terms of Use

• suspected fraud or abuse

• posting illegal or inappropriate content.

5. Posting Requests and Services

Users may publish on the platform:

• service requests

• service offers

• offers for renting equipment, vehicles, or real estate

• other information related to the provision of services.

Published content must be:

• accurate

• lawful

• clear and understandable.

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish.

Usluge360 reserves the right to remove, modify, or reject any content that violates these rules.

6. Communication Between Users

The platform enables communication between users for the purpose of arranging services.

Users must communicate respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.

The following actions are not allowed:

• sending offensive or threatening messages

• spreading hate speech

• misleading other users

• sending unsolicited promotional messages

• using the platform for spam or mass messaging.

Usluge360 may limit or disable communication for users who violate these rules.

7. Prohibited Content

Users are not allowed to publish content that includes:

• illegal activities

• fraud or misleading information

• hate speech or discrimination

• threats or violence

• content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights

• advertising of prohibited products or services.

Usluge360 has the right to remove such content without prior notice.

8. Rental of Equipment, Vehicles, and Real Estate

The platform may allow users to publish offers for renting equipment, tools, machinery, vehicles, or real estate.

Usluge360 is not the owner or provider of rental services advertised on the platform.

All rental terms, including:

• price

• rental duration

• deposit

• insurance

• potential damages

are solely the responsibility of the users who enter into agreements with each other.

Usluge360 is not responsible for:

• damage occurring during rental

• loss or damage of property

• disputes between users.

9. Paid Services

The platform may offer certain additional features that require payment.

The conditions and prices for such services are defined in the platform’s current pricing policy.

In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, Usluge360 reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to the platform without refunding any payments made.

10. Personal Data Protection

Usluge360 processes users' personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is used solely for the operation of the platform, communication between users, and improvement of the service.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Copying, distributing, or using platform content without prior permission from the platform owner is not permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Usluge360 shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including:

• disputes between users

• failure to perform agreed services

• incorrect or inaccurate information published by users.

Users use the platform at their own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
